Last week strong winds caused their windows to smash leaving the shop unsecured.

The client was proactive and arranged for someone to come out and replace it over night and advised us.

We lodged a claim on their behalf and sent the insurer #vero along with the invoice and customers account details…

Claim has now been paid within 3 days of lodgement!
